This page explains what mrdemoday collects through this website, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.
What I collect
When you fill in the contact form: your name, email, accelerator, title (if you give it), country and WhatsApp number. If you came to the form from a pricing plan, I also see which plan you clicked.
Why I collect it
Only to contact you about your Demo Day, on WhatsApp or by email, and to prepare an offer if you ask for one. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and steps before an agreement (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). I do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who handles it
The site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives the contact form, stores the submission and sends it to me. Netlify only processes the data to provide that service. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly, which stores the details you enter there. The booking window only loads Calendly once you open it.
How long I keep it
Up to 12 months after our last contact if we don't work together. If we do, for as long as the agreement runs, and invoice records for as long as accounting law requires.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Plausible, a cookie-free analytics tool. It counts visits without cookies and without storing IP addresses or other personal data. The site sets no cookies. The Calendly booking window, once you open it, is run by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Norway, Datatilsynet).
Contact for deletion
Message me on WhatsApp, and I'll delete your details.
